My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were a bit small, but they did offer a 'city view' and were relatively quiet, despite some airplane noise. The service was a mixed bag, as I appreciated the accommodating staff but also had an issue concerning my sore back. The location was superb, especially for those attending events at Citi Field, yet there were some encounters with impolite behavior. The dining experience had its highlights with good coffee but lacked variety, and the facilities were satisfactory.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and had comfortable king-size beds. The service was excellent with friendly and accommodating staff.
